Compensation:

· Base + Commission + Bonus & Daily Spiffs

· Level 1 OTE: $54,000 - $63,000

· Level 2 OTE: $58,000 - $72,000

· Level 3 OTE: $120,000 - $225,000

Job Details:

• Use our automated dialer to speak with a constant stream of inbound and outbound prospects, assisting them to receive a free Energy Savings Analysis.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Confident and clear verbal and written communication skills – via email and phone.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
• Ability to remain positive and flexible with Company changes.

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Inside Sales/call center experience preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
